Pte. [S.] Sullivan Killed.
Mrs. James Sullivan, Port Credit, has received word that her eldest son, Pte. Christopher Sullivan was killed in action on August 27. Pte. Sullivan was 22 years of age, and went overseas with the 126th Peel Battalion. He was slightly wounded about a year ago at Vimy Ridge. Pte. Sullivan recently captured a German dugout. He was born in Port Credit, a member of St. Mary’s R.C. Church, and is survived by an invalid father, his mother, one sister, Miss Mary, and a brother. Before enlisting he was employed at the Canadian Steward Co. at the Island.
