Victor was born in Point Pelee, Ontario. He was one of six children born to “Frank” and “Addie”. We still need his mother’s cemetery name to link this large family together.

His parents divorced in Nov 1917 and the mother moved to Detroit. No more records were found for her after the 1930 census record.

Victor served in the “Canada, Soldiers of the First World War, 1914-1918”.

In Victor’s 1930 census record he moved to New London, Connecticut where he enrolled in the Coast Guard Academy – “V. S. Coast Guard Academy at Fort Trumbull New London, Conn.”

He had two wives. We need their marriage records and any children they might have had.

From 1937-1952 living with Mary, his wife, in New London, Connecticut.

We know nothing more about Mary.

Victor’s second wife was –

Hattie Ione Smith – cemetery?
Birth 3 Jan 1907 in Le Fore County, Oklahoma, USA
Death 1995 in Heavener, Le Flore, Oklahoma, USA

They married 25 Dec 1955. Nothing more is known about Hattie.
