PTE. E.L. MURRELL KILLED.
Pte. Ernest L. Murrell, only son of a widowed mother, was killed in action on April 12, at the age of 18 years. He was an American lad, born in North Dakota, but had lived in Canada eight years. He was latterly employed with the Queen City Hat Co. When the untimely end came he had been at the front one year. mother and one daughter live at 79 Simpson avenue.
