Family Search: When Clare Keen was born in 1893, in Ontario, Canada, his father, John Henry Kean, was 48 and his mother, Mary Jane Smith, was 47. He had at least 1 son with Annie Pearl McIntosh. He lived in Bruce, Ontario, Canada in 1901. He registered for military service in 1916. In 1915, at the age of 22, his occupation is listed as buttermaker. He died in 1954, at the age of 61, and was buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Owen Sound, Grey, Ontario, Canada.
