1. There is a discrepancy in the spelling of the forename in the service record. Spelled Stewart and Stuart.
2. This soldier originally attested under the reg. no. 53094 and then was transferred to the 15th Battery, C.F.A. in April 1915 after serving in the 18th Battalion from his enlistment to that date.
