PTE. H. PARKER KILLED.

Pte. Harold Parker of 444 Jones avenue, has been killed in action. His death took place on October 3rd. He enlisted with the 39th Battalion and went overseas April of this year. His first day in the trenches was June 3. Pte. Parker was born in Leeds, England, 24 years ago and has lived in Canada eleven years. He was employed by the Canadian Transfer Company when he enlisted. he was a member of St. David’s Anglican Church. Pte. Parker is unmarried and leave a widow mother and three sisters.
