This man was recorded being TOS with the 18th Battalion on 6 December 1917. He then was sent on a Machine Gun Course on 14 April 1918, returning to the Battalion on 3 May 1918. He then was sent for treatment for TB on 2 June 1918. He appears to have contracted TB sometime before 7 June 1918 as he was sent to England and admitted to Bermonsey Military Hospital. From that point he was in treatment and sent back to Canada.
