This soldier joined the 91st Battalion at St. Thomas, Ontario on December 9, 1915. He was transferred to the 186th Battalion. Arriving overseas, he was transferred to active duty with the 18th Battalion on September 6, 1917. He arrived in the field on October 19, 1917, and was wounded during action at Passchendaele on November 9, 1917.
