Family Search: When Private Reginald Mortimore Hooper was born on 1 January 1895, in Havant, Hampshire, England, United Kingdom, his father, Peter Mortimore Hooper, was 43 and his mother, Emily Gaby, was 46. He immigrated to Quebec City, Quebec, Canada in 1907 and lived in Middlesex, Ontario, Canada in 1901. He registered for military service in 1915. In 1915, at the age of 20, his occupation is listed as barber. He died on 11 December 1952, in London, England, United Kingdom, at the age of 57.
