The above link would likely help folks understand the ‘after the battles’ names of places visited by the 18th. My wife’s great uncle, private with the 18th, died near Amiens, 1918.08.13 as the Canadians’ 100 days commenced, to end at Mons only 3 months later..
Just learned that my Grandfather’s Uncle (Patrick Kirby) served in the 18th Battalion CEF looking into ancestry. Amazing to see all the work you put into this! Thank you!
