In 1918, at the age of 30, his occupation is listed as bakery driver in Sarnia, Lambton, Ontario, Canada. He died on 23 May 1971, in Sarnia, Lambton, Ontario, Canada, at the age of 82, and was buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Sarnia, Lambton, Ontario, Canada.

He arrived in England on 16 February 1918 aboard the SS Grampian and was transferred for active combat duty on 18 August 1918 and arrived “in the field” on 28 August 1918.
Private Graham served the entirety of the war with the 18th Battalion being discharged at London, Ontario on 24 May 1919 due to demobilization.
