Funeral service for John Jinks were held yesterday afternoon from the funeral home, 151 Ottawa street north, to Woodland cemetery, ans were largely attended. Rev. A. H. Powell of St. James’ Anglican church officiated. Sergt. A. Moores sounded Last Post at the grave side. The pallbearers were Richard Cathery, Walter Atkins, Frank Trivett, Fred Jones, Harry Barrett and Harvey S. Ruland, all members of the 18th battalion.
