He lived in Dungiven, County Londonderry, Ireland in 1911 and Stratford, Perth, Ontario, Canada in 1921. He registered for military service in 1914. In 1922, at the age of 32, his occupation is listed as blacksmith’s keeper in Stratford, Perth, Ontario, Canada. He died in November 1976, at the age of 87, and was buried in Avondale Cemetery, Stratford, Perth, Ontario, Canada.
