Per @avidgenie Frank Nash married Lucy Rosina Gray on 30 March 1918 at St. Columbus Church, London, England. He was discharged from the CEF in England July 1919 and they returned to Canada via the Empress of France in October 1919. It is recorded that they lived in Sarnia in 1921.
He was to return to England. It is recorded that his wife visited England in 1924 and they were listed in the National Registry living at Chepping, Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
It is believed he died in England in 1946.
