“Looking for info on my Grandfather Private Delbert James Shewfelt who enlisted with 160th Bruce D company, to camp Milford and then Sent to France with 18th Battalion. Under CEF Soldier detail says he was gassed and WIA Sunken Road, Cherrissy France. Any idea how I can get more info?

He registered for military service in 1916. He died on 15 November 1969, in Beverley, Wentworth, Ontario, Canada, at the age of 74, and was buried in Mount Zion Cemetery, Copetown, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.More
