THORPE, Philip Sidney—At Westminster Hospital, London, on Thursday, May 30, 1968, Philip Sidney Thorpe of London, beloved husband of the late Annie F. (Vance), dear father of Mrs. W. P. (Phyllis) Bambury; Mrs. Fred (Constance) Parker; both of London, and John Thomas Ferguson Thorpe of Willowdale. Dear brother of Mrs. Amy Wright, Mrs. Ivy Mister, Walter, Rodney and Michael Thorpe, all in England. Also survived by 6 grandchildren, in his 77th yr. Resting at the Ridout St. Chapel of The A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout St. S. at Carfrae, where funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, June 1st, 1968, at 1.30 p.m. with Rev. William T. Ashby of St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, officiating. Cremation to follow with interment of ashes in Woodland Cemetery, London.
