He married Beatrice M Frankenstein on 8 December 1921, in Cook, Illinois, United States. They were the parents of at least 1 son. He immigrated to Chicago, Cook, Illinois, United States in 1941 and lived in Ontario, Canada in 1894 and Peel, Ontario, Canada in 1901. He died on 18 September 1968, in Chicago, Cook, Illinois, United States, at the age of 74, and was buried in Forest Home Cemetery, Forest Park, Cook, Illinois, United States.
