He registered for military service in 1914. In 1914, at the age of 27, his occupation is listed as smelter. He died on 10 May 1950, in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, at the age of 62, and was buried in Royal Oak Burial Park Cemetery, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

This man had three brothers who served with the CEF. Major John Ramsey Biscoe, Vincent Henry Robert Biscoe, Francis Ramsay Fraser Biscoe.
